How do I get a repair quote?
Use our repair quote form — pick your device and the problem, and it sends us a text. You can also call or text 813-613-1206 or email plugprollc@gmail.com.
Where do you do repairs?
We are a mobile repair service — we come to you anywhere in the Bradenton, Palmetto, Tampa, Venice and North Port areas. A $20 travel fee is added to the repair price.
Do you have a price guarantee?
Yes — we offer our best screen repair price guarantee. Contact us with your device model for a quote.
What do you repair?
Phones: screens and LCDs, batteries, charging ports, cameras, proximity sensors, back glass, speakers, mics and buttons, plus carrier unlocking — basically any part, as long as it isn't a motherboard (board-level) problem.
iPads: LCDs, digitizers and other replaceable parts. We do not repair iPad charging ports.
PS5: any part replacement, plus deep cleaning.
Which devices do you support?
Any iPhone, Samsung, Motorola, TCL and Cricket phone, plus most other Android phones, iPads and the PS5. Not sure about yours? Just ask.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Screen replacements have a 30-day warranty covering defects in the part or our workmanship. The warranty is void if the screen or LCD is cracked, or the device has other physical or liquid damage. Read the full warranty and refund policy.
How long does shipping take?
Most accessory orders arrive within about 1 week. Occasionally shipping delays can add a couple of extra days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping policy.
Can I return an accessory?
We only issue refunds if an item arrives damaged or defective, you received the wrong item, or it never arrived. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We don't accept returns for change of mind or ordering the wrong model. Full refund policy.
